All orders are generally shipped within twenty four (24) hours from the time the order is received. All shipments are FOB factory. The buyer will pay freight charges on all products other than Smokers. Resposibility for filing damage claims rests with the consignee. Refuse to accept damaged goods, or have a full description of the damage written on the freight bill of lading and endorsed by driver. When you receive your shipment, uncrate it and carefully inspect it before you sign the bill of lading. If you do not note damages on the bill of lading, you forfeit your chances of collecting a claim.
 

Returns

Damaged merchandise that is returned will be accepted only if freight charges are prepaid, unless authorization to ship freight collect is obtained from GreatBarbecueSmokers.com before shipping. All other returned items will be charged a $30.00 restocking fee.
 

Warranty Information

Cookshack SmartSmoker™ Ovens are guarenteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and when installed in accordance with factory recommendations.

The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall be to repair and replace at its option any part deemed defective upon examination by the manufacturer or its authorized service agent, for a period two (2) years from the date of sale, excluding heating elements which are guarenteed for a period of three (3) months from the date of sale. During the warranty period, defective heating elements must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.
