The Smokette is the most
popular backyard barbecuer! It is compact, easy to use, and turns out consistently
delicious ribs, brisket, pork, poultry, vegetables, and more.
Place a small amount of
wood in the Smokette wood box and load the product. Shut the door, set the temperature,
and leave it alone until it is time to take it out.
The Smokette is built in
the USA. It is built of 16 and 18 gauge carbon steel and stainless steel. The
SM008 Smoker has black powder–coated sides with a stainless steel top
and interior. The 850 (F) degree insulation surrounding the sides and top keep
it safe and cool on the outside.
Cleanup is a snap! Grills
and racks can go into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker, at the bottom,
into a pan which can be reused or discarded.
