The model 55 is the workhorse
of the home smokers! With it’s large capacity, you can smoke plenty of
delicious ribs, pork, poultry, vegetables, and more. Build it into your outdoor
kitchen or use it free standing. It has a back handle and two (2) 3” plastic
casters that make it easy to move around.
Place a small amount of
wood in the smoker’s wood box, load the product, shut the door, set the
temperature, and leave it alone until it is time to take it out.
This smoker is built in
the USA. It is built of 16 and 18 gauge carbon steel and stainless steel. The
SM055 has a stainless steel interior and exterior. The 1000 (F) degree insulation
surrounding the sides and top keeps it safe and cool on the outside.
Cleanup is a snap! Grills
and racks can go into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker, at the bottom,
into a stainless pan.
