The SM360 SmartSmoker® Oven
is our largest smoker. If you are tired of the hassle of a big old pit, take
a look at this big guy. You no longer have to wear a wet suit to clean up. You
save on labor costs, wood costs, and general aggrevation. This smoker will make
your life much easier.
The SM360 is easy to use. Load your product, set the smart IQ controller for
the product you are smoking, and leave it alone until the product is done. Even
heat makes consistently good barbecue. When it is time to clean up, pull out
the grills, and racks and run them through the dishwasher. It is really that
simple.
