Mesquite Wood 20 lbs. Sm. Cut
These chunks of wood are aproximately 2x2x3”. Chunks of this size are nesessary to supply enough wood resin to the heat source for good flavoring.
A brasher, bolder flavor, great with beef. Good with fish but go lightly.
